A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Midget Lake; all through August this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Don't leave Midget Lake without first paying a visit to Indian Springs, and paddling on Wolf River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Ada Lake Campground if you're here at Midget Lake, and Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites       is a great spot to get some rest. Indian River is a glorious local stream, and camping is available at Richardson Lake Campground. Go for a hike on the Dendro Eco Trail, and you'll locate a striking lake called Little Star Lake. Summertime highs at Midget Lake mostly tend to be in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Midget Lake                  are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. There are great spots to look at along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Lakewood Lodge. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Midget Lake.
