All through the summer months here at Midget Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Midget Lake. This lake is so wonderful. This is no       spot for people who don’t like to have fun. You could also pop by Little Star Lake while you're here at Midget Lake; it's close by, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Wolf River. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Brule Mountain, and going for a hike on the Eds Lake Trail System is always a wonderful adventure. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Ada Lake Campground is                  a brilliant place to camp, and there are fine sites to look at along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail. Nearby lakes? Sure, Eds Lake is near Midget Lake; you can go for a hike on the Dendro Eco Trail. Midget Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; all through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
