Chippewa River - East Fork is a perfect whitewater spot in the vicinity of Meyer Lake, and Super 8 Motel - Park Falls is a splendid spot to get some rest. A quick journey to Bear Creek near Meyer Lake is a tremendous idea, and do check out Sells Lake, it's a delightful lake. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a splendid       time here at Meyer Lake. Camping is available at Butternut Lake Campground; if you came for an overnight stay Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground is a wonderful place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tyler Forks; you'll come across a scenic lake called Trout Lake. Meyer Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain,                  and February meanwhile is the driest month. At Meyer Lake throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
