This lake is a good site for boating, sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding and fishing. This lake is so wonderful. The top of Observatory Hill is easily distinguished from Lake Mendota, and going for a horse ride at close by Liberty Stables is always a fun thing to do. Dorn Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping     at.
