For the period of the summer at Mayflower Lake highs are commonly in the 70's; the overnight is somewhat cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Mayflower Lake temperatures drop to the-10's. After a long day outdoors Antigo Super 8 Motel is a brilliant location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant       place to camp here at Mayflower Lake is Antigo Lake RV Park, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Eau Claire River. If you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ANTIGO is a great choice, and if you're here, you could also go to pretty Norrie Lake. The annual rain here at Mayflower Lake is about average; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain while February is regularly the driest month.
