A great close by hotel is Best Western Crivitz Lodge; there's whitewater on Thunder River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Marl Lake gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; September is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Marl Lake during the summertime       months are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Marl Lake fall into the 0's.
