So much fun stuff to do in the Gogebic Range, not enough time. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Park Falls. There's so much to do here at Maki Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground is a wonderful location for that. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. There's whitewater on Tyler Forks for       all you thrill seekers. Maki Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Butternut Lake Campground is a tremendous local campground, and Caroline Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. Maki Lake is a good spot of normal rain; through August this area sees the most rain while February is commonly the driest month. Maki Lake is one of the lakes here in the Gogebic Range. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Maki Lake, you could                  also go to lovely McCarthy Lake, and Whitecap Mountain has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Maki Lake while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's.
