Barkers Island Inn and Conference Center is a great spot to get some rest, and Northland Camping and RV Park is a delightful local campground. Through the long summer days highs here at Lyman Lake reach the 70's; the night is rather cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's while       Lyman Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent nearby hotel is Super 8 Superior WI, and Black River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff right next door to Lyman Lake.
