Some of the water nearby flows, like Paperjack Creek; a day on the slopes of Trollhaugen is just what you need. A brilliant nearby hotel is Americinn - New Richmond, Wi, and popping by Saint Croix National Scenic River is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. There's so much to do here at Lundy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Somerset Camp and Tubing is a brilliant place for that; the skiing at       Wild Mountain is glorious. Lundy Pond gets a typical amount of rain; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the magnificent whitewater of Apple River; you can stay the night at River's Edge Camping and Resort. Any time is a magnificent time at Lundy Pond if you go for the outdoors. An afternoon playing golf at Pine Meadows Golf Course is always a delight,                  and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - New Richmond is a glorious choice. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lundy Pond while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 60's.
