Youngsters have named other areas such as Peeper Hollow, Big Rock Candy Mountain, White Pine Lookout, Fairy Tale Swamp, Rock Fort, Thistle Swamp and Camel Back Lookout. As the trail leads you to several lookouts down the river identification signs greet you naming trees in native Ojibwa as well as Latin and English.
