While you're here at Ludington Lake you can take a hike along the Dendro Eco Trail; do take a hike on the Eds Lake Trail System. This lake is so wonderful. Near Ludington Lake you discover a golf course called Nicolet Country Club, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail. Through the summer months here at Ludington Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's. Summer nighttime       lows fall down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are frequently in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Ludington Lake tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Ludington Lake really is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. Nearby lakes? Sure, Wabikon Lake is near Ludington Lake, and you can run the rapids of Wolf River.
