Why not stop by Lucas Lake if you're passing through these parts. Here at Lucas Lake there are plenty of folks from Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis, and Menomonee River is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby. Lucas Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Lenwood Beach and Campground is a good local campground, and the snow is glorious at Little Switzerland. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Moraine, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sunburst. This lake is so wonderful. Clairemont Inn and Meeting Ctr is a delightful place to get some rest; West Bend Country Club is a nice golf course nearby. Do stop at Little Cedar Lake close to Lucas Lake, it's a scenic lake, and in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cedar Creek.

is the month with the least moisture. At Lucas Lake during the months of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are commonly in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lucas Lake drop into the 0's.
