There's so much to do here at Low Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Piney woods Campgrounds is a fine site for that, and Days Inn of Antigo is a glorious place to get some rest. Stay the night at Shady Brook Campground. Low Lake is a good site of common rainfall; most of the rain falls all through September while February is frequently the driest month. You can run the       rapids of Eau Claire River near Low Lake, and after a long day outdoors Antigo Super 8 Motel is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two. Get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of Wolf River, and Low Lake is not the only spot nearby, Anderson Lake is a nearby lake. Summer at Low Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's.
