This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Anvil Lake Trail System is pleasant fun; Otter Rapids Dam is a charming site. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Lotus Lake. A lovely lake like Perch Lake right next door to Lotus Lake is a great place to pop by, and naturally Boot Creek flows through this neighborhood. Camping       at Hunter Lake Paradise Campground is always a good experience. An average amount of rain falls at Lotus Lake; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February. For the period of the long summer days, highs regularly are in the 70's at Lotus Lake. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's.
