Lost Land Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So much entertaining stuff to do at Lost Land Lake, so little time. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail, and next to Lost Land Lake you hit upon a golf course called       Ross ' Teal Lake Lodge & Teal Wing Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lost Land Lake has to offer, you can camp at Boulder Lodge Resort; in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chippewa River - East Fork. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Hayward is a great site to spend a night or two, and a perfect location for whitewater paddling is Chippewa River                  - West Fork. If the weather is good here at Lost Land Lake, you can go for a hike along the Virgin Pine Trail; a lake nearby is Davis Lake. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Lost Land Lake, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Lost Land Lake. Going for a hike along the North Country Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; Lost Land Lake is not the only site close by, Little Ole Lake is a close by lake.
