Lost Land Lake is right by the Virgin Pine Trail, and Chippewa River - East Fork is a great whitewater spot close by. The warmest time of the year at Lost Land Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 10's; night lows in the-10's for Lost Land Lake. A typical amount of rain falls here at Lost Land Lake; the       month with most of the rain is August, and the driest of the months is February. This place, Lost Land Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors cool stuff. If you came to camp Lake Namakagon Campgrounds is a tremendous place to do that, and there's good hiking along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lost Land Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Boulder Lodge Resort is a glorious local campground; an afternoon                  playing golf at Ross ' Teal Lake Lodge & Teal Wing Golf Club is always a bliss. The North Country Trail offers hiking at its best, and Comfort Suites Hayward is a magnificent place to get some rest.
