If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Iron Inn Motel is a great site to get some rest. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Lost Lake; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. Camping at Lost Lake is perfect fun, Chipmunk Rapids Campground is a perfect local campground, and you can run the rapids of Pine River.

| | go to close by Grub Hoe Lake; the snow is perfect at Ski Brule. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff next to Lost Lake. A short tour to Chipmunk Rapids is always worthwhile; a glorious site for whitewater paddling is Brule River. While you're here at Lost Lake you can take a hike along the Dendro Eco Trail, and a quick journey to Chipmunk Creek is undeniably a great idea.

70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Lost Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Going for a hike along the Lauterman Trail will let you
absorb the natural beauty of this area, and why not head up to Brule Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. Lauterman Lake Walk-In Campground is a wonderful campground here, and if you need a place to stay Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a fine choice.
