This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not check out Bass Lake next to Loon Lake. During the summertime months here at Loon Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are typically in the       20's with temperatures at Loon Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights. A charming lake like Round Lake near Loon Lake is a good location to pop by, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Deer Fly Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd; paddling on Chippewa River is so much fun. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. If you need a spot to stay Glen Loch Motel is a good choice;                  hiking is a popular thing to do around Loon Lake; O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail is a pleasant local trail. Here at Loon Lake you'll in all probability meet some folks from Eau Claire, and the Hickory Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. The yearly precipitation here at Loon Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most while February is typically the driest month.
