Why not take a refreshing hike along the Ice Age Trail, and if you need a place to stay Americinn - Medford, Wi is a perfect choice. Anderson Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and if you came for an overnight stay Kathryn Lake Campground is a great spot to camp. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are in fact abundant here at Long Lake. | |

This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Jump River - South Fork, and camping at Long Lake is fine fun, Chippewa Campground is a fine local campground.
