Some of the water close by flows, like Indian Creek; do take a look at Round Hole, it's a beautiful lake. Long Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; September is when you get the most rain here; January on the other hand is the driest. For the duration of the months of summer at Long Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's. Once the       sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Long Lake. Alana Springs Lodge and Campground is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful.
