If you came for an overnight stay Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd is a great spot to camp, and do take a hike on the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail. A normal amount of rain falls here at Long Lake; through the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is the month       with the least amount of precipitation. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Long Lake is peerless! While you're here at Long Lake you can take a hike along the Deer Fly Trail, and paddling on Chippewa River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Eau Claire here, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Hickory Ridge Trail. For the duration of the summertime at Long Lake temperatures are mostly in the                  80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Long Lake are in the-10's. Glen Loch Motel is a pleasant location to get some rest, and a striking lake like Snake Lake is a nice place to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Herde Lake is a perfect lake right next door to Long Lake, and soar down the rapids of Duncan Creek in a kayak.
