You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Christie Mountain while you're here, and if you came to camp Rock Lake Resort and Campground is a splendid location to do that. During the summer months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Long Lake. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. The cold days of the       winter come with highs in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Long Lake. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do close to Long Lake. Glen Loch Motel is a wonderful place to get some rest, and Duncan Creek is a great whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Hickory Ridge Trail is always a perfect adventure. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Chippewa Falls, Wi is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and don't                  leave Long Lake without first going for a hike along the Hay Meadow Trail. Go for a hike on the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail, and camping at O'Neil Creek Campground is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Chippewa River close to Long Lake. Lakes are nice; Round Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Long Lake.
