Long Lake gets a normal amount of rain; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest month of the year is February. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Long Lake with night lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Long Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Gogebic Range for a glorious time. Not far from Long Lake, you'll find       Beaver Lake which is a beautiful lake, and drift down the rapids of Bad River in a kayak. Long Lake is a beautiful lake in the Gogebic Range. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Park Falls Super 8 Motel is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Long Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground is a delightful place for that. Lakes are splendid; Meder Lake is a lake that's in                  the neighborhood of Long Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail. Man, is there heaps of fun things to do in the neighborhood of Long Lake.
