     You're in all probability keen on lakes, Nelligan Pond is one of those close by, and Peshtigo River is a good whitewater spot nearby. There is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Logger Lake called the Eds Lake Trail System, and Logger Lake is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Laura-Gordon Lakes Campground is a great spot to camp nearby. Looking for something next to Logger Lake? Rat Lake is in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. The Lauterman  
   Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close to Logger Lake, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Popple River.
Logger Lake is a good place of normal rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly September, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. All through the months of summer highs here at Logger Lake reach the 70's, and the overnight is rather colder of course,
 
               regularly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's with temperatures at Logger Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll go for Logger Lake. Stay the night at Big Joe Campground, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Brule Mountain.
If the weather is great here at Logger Lake, you can go for a hike along the Dendro Eco Trail, and a pleasant close by hotel is Americinn - Iron River, Mi.
