Lakes are such serene locations, why not go to Van Zile Lake in the vicinity of Little Van Zile Lake; the fine folks of Iron Mountain like to hang out nearby. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Little Van Zile Lake; Dendro Eco Trail is a magnificent local trail, and Florence County Park Campground is a great local campground. If you came for an overnight stay Big Joe Campground is a magnificent place to camp, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody
