During the summertime months here at Little Twin Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime       temperatures at Little Twin Lake drop into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to come across some friendly people from Eau Claire here; paddling on Duncan Creek is so much fun. Dry warm beds await you at Americinn Lodge Ladysmith, and Chippewa River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. Having a good time at Little Twin Lake is easy. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Little Twin Lake has to offer, you can camp at Brunet                  Island State Park; after a long day outdoors Americinn - Ladysmith, Wi is a nice place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There is a great hiking trail close to Little Twin Lake called the Deer Fly Trail, and nearby you discover the Hay Meadow Trail which is a good hiking trail. The summit of Baldy Mountain can be seen from Little Twin Lake, and possibly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Willow Creek Flowage 3 is just a very short distance away. The Moonridge Trail is a magnificent hiking trail right next door to Little Twin Lake; the slopes of Christie Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist.
