There's so much to do here at Little Star Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ada Lake Campground is a good spot for that; don't forget to take a splendid little journey to Indian River. Near Little Star Lake you stumble on the Eds Lake Trail System which is a glorious hiking trail, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Wolf River. You'll need more than a       day to discover everything Little Star Lake has to offer, you can camp at Richardson Lake Campground; going for a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is always a delightful adventure. The amount of rainfall that falls at Little Star Lake is close to the national average; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. There are brilliant places to discover along the Dendro Eco Trail, and since you're here, you could                  also explore beautiful Eds Lake. Do pop by Midget Lake close to Little Star Lake, it's a wonderful lake, and Indian Springs is an inspiring location to have a look at while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a fine place to spend a night or two. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Little Star Lake. Nicolet Country Club is a golf course in close proximity to Little Star Lake, and Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a great place to get some rest. At Little Star Lake through the warm months highs are in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's.
