A splendid nearby hotel is Best Western Lakewood Lodge. During the summertime months here at Little Rose Lakes, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Little Rose Lakes. Take a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater       of Wolf River. Stay the night at Raft 'n Rest Campgrounds; Rose Lake Creek is in the vicinity of Little Rose Lakes and is always a diversion to go to. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Hiking along the Eds Lake Trail System is brilliant fun, and don't leave Little Rose Lakes without first paying a visit to Saul Spring. Little Rose Lakes gets a typical amount of rain; September is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month                  with the least amount of precipitation. Little Rose Lakes is a fine place to camp, Jesse's wolf River Lodge is a fine place, and if you need a place to stay Lepak Cottage & Lake Home is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful.
