From a rain point of view Little Plummer Lake is a pretty common spot; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Little Plummer Lake; Hickory Ridge Trail is a great local trail, and Little Plummer Lake is a great place       to visit for more than one day, Northshore Bar and Campground is a great place to camp nearby. Just can't get enough of Little Plummer Lake. Glen Loch Motel is a brilliant location to get some rest, and lakes are such serene places, why not pop by Highland Lake. There's whitewater on Duncan Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and there's fine hiking along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail. There are other locations here than Little Plummer Lake, for example                  Dumke Lake, and Rock Lake Resort and Campground is a delightful local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Chippewa River. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Deer Fly Trail, and at Little Plummer Lake you always meet someone from Eau Claire. Throughout the days of summer here at Little Plummer Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's with night lows in the 50's.
