Throughout the summer months, highs usually are in the 70's at Little Bass Lake. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Little Bass Lake temperatures dip to the-10's. This lake is so wonderful.       If you need a place to stay Americinn Shell Lake is a good choice, and close to Little Bass Lake you come across a golf course called Black Bear Golf Club. Birch Trail Camp is a pleasant local campground; not far from Little Bass Lake you'll locate Big Bass Lake which is a striking lake. What a place this is for outdoors people. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western American Heritage Inn, and if you come at the right time of year, Eau Claire River offers                  some splendid whitewater. The yearly rain here at Little Bass Lake is about average; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is frequently the driest month.
