 | 26 miles away 5 PHOTOS This is a 4-5 hour drive from the n/w side of Chicago . . . and *definately* worth it. Some buddies and I go up for a few days every winter and I have to say, this is the best you're going to find without doubling your driving time or hopping on an airplane.... i have lived and snowboarded in Colorado and Austria. For the Midwest only Lutsen in Minn. can be compared! The vertical keeps you challenged unlike the resorts in the U.P. and the rest of the Midwest! Only 3 hrs from Milwaukee!!! love it if you are in the Midwest and can't head WEST!!!... |
