If you need a place to stay Best Western Northwoods Lodge is a pleasant choice, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Markville Snowmobile Trail. Lind Lake is a good location of typical rain; through the month of June you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. A great nearby hotel is Lodge at Crooked Lake, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail. Get yourself
into a kayak and hit Lower Tamarack River, obviously you could also visit Black Lake while you're here; it's not far at all.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Stuart's Leisure Acres Resorts while you're here at Lind Lake, and a lake nearby is Ward Lake. Throughout the long summer days highs here at Lind Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and nighttime

lows in the-10's for Lind Lake.
But wait, there's more to do next to Lind Lake. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Siren Glen Golf Club is close at hand, and a tremendous place to camp here at Lind Lake is Clam Lake Resort and Campgrounds.
