Mount Joel is a peak you can make out from Limekiln Lake, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Wolf River. During the summertime months at Limekiln Lake highs are usually in the 80's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures       at Limekiln Lake dip into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Limekiln Lake you come across Brownes Point, and there are swamps here too, Otter Creek is close at hand. It's a brilliant idea to stop by Emmons Creek, it's close to Limekiln Lake; in the vicinity of Limekiln Lake you locate a golf course called Foxfire Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Limekiln Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; September is when you get the                  most rain here; February is the month with the least moisture. Stay the night at Deerhaven Campground, and a lake nearby is Beasley Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel, and there's a forest here called Greenwood Forest. You simply must have a thing about Limekiln Lake. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Foxfire is a great place to spend a night or two.
