Why not stop by Leland Millpond if you're passing through these parts. Float down the rapids of Wisconsin River in a kayak, and if you're keen on cool geologic marks try Leland Natural Bridge. Camping at Lighthouse Rock Campground is always a wonderful experience; Sugar Bowl is a charming place any time of year. Lots of folks from Baraboo come to Leland Millpond, and there are magnificent sites to explore along the Bluff Trail.

| | A perfect place near Leland Millpond is Hemlock Draw. Lakes? Sure, Leland Millpond 25 is close by. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. You don’t have to go far from Leland Millpond to spot the water at Leland Dam, and going for a hike on the West Bluff Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Leland Millpond gets a normal amount of rain; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain; the driest month is January.

wonderful. If you came to camp Bob's Riverside Camp is a glorious site to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Reedsburg Viking Super 8 Motel. Don't leave Leland Millpond without first going for a hike along the East Bluff Trail.
Quality Inn Reedsburg is a delightful spot to get some rest, and paddling on Skillet Creek is so much fun.
Summer brings highs in the 80's to Leland Millpond. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter
comes with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows at Leland Millpond through the winter generally dip into the 0's.
