Take a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail, and Shawano Lake Golf Club is a golf course nearby. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Legend Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's while overnight lows are regularly in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and night lows during the winter       for Legend Lake tend to be in the-10's. Shawano County Park is a good campground here, and glide down the rapids of Wolf River in a kayak. Stay the night at Brown's Country Campsite; a splendid close by hotel is Pinewood Cottages. This lake is so wonderful. A picturesque lake like Bass Lake in the neighborhood of Legend Lake is a fine site to pop by; after a long day outdoors Willowbreeze Lakefront Cottage is a good site to spend a night or two.
