Have a great hiking adventure along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail, and Lower Tamarack River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. All through the summertime at Larson Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's with temperatures at Larson Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights.

| | A wonderful nearby hotel is Lodge at Crooked Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Larson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Winberg's Resort and Campground. This lake is so wonderful. You're almost certainly interested in lakes, Crooked Lake is one of those nearby, and paddling on Upper Tamarack River is so much fun.
