     Have a great hiking adventure along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail, and Lower Tamarack River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. All through the summertime at Larson Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's with temperatures at Larson Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights.  
   A wonderful nearby hotel is Lodge at Crooked Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Larson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Winberg's Resort and Campground. This lake is so wonderful. You're almost certainly interested in lakes, Crooked Lake is one of those nearby, and paddling on Upper Tamarack River is so much fun.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. This is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes. Kapes Lake is a lake
 
               in the neighborhood; Larson Lake is a glorious site to visit for more than one day, Clam Lake Resort and Campgrounds is a glorious site to camp nearby. Enjoy a round of golf at Siren Glen Golf Club not far from Larson Lake. An average amount of rain falls at Larson Lake; August is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is February.
If you need a place to stay Best Western Northwoods Lodge is a magnificent choice, and hiking along the Markville Snowmobile Trail is magnificent fun.
