Don't leave Larrabee Lake without first going for a hike along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail, and why not a little side tour to Cedar Creek. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Chetek; you can never get enough of the great skiing at Christie Mountain. Summertime at Larrabee Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. For the duration of the winter       highs are typically in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Larrabee Lake are in the-10's. A fine site for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Larrabee Lake is Chippewa River; Larrabee Lake is a magnificent spot to camp, Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd is a magnificent spot. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Loon Lake Camp Grounds. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Larrabee                  Lake; Deer Fly Trail is a great local trail; Larrabee Lake is not far at all from Eau Claire. This lake is so wonderful. Duncan Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot in close proximity to Larrabee Lake. Lakes? Sure, Ace-In-The-Hole Lake is close at hand. An average amount of rain falls at Larrabee Lake; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
