Go to Langer Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Going for a hike along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; a delightful nearby hotel is Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites. The snow is wonderful at Brule Mountain, and you can stay the night at Big Joe Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Purdy Lake is near Langer Lake.

| | at Langer Lake. If you're a golfer then a good nearby course is Nicolet Country Club; hiking along the Dendro Eco Trail is nice fun. For the period of the summertime months at Langer Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Why not explore a swamp like CCC Pond while you're here at Langer Lake, and naturally, this is a great vicinity for people who
like lakes, Birch Lake is a lake close at hand. From a rainfall point of view Langer Lake is a relatively common place; September is the month that gets the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
There's so much to do here at Langer Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ham Lake Camp Grounds is a glorious spot for that; get yourself into a kayak and hit Peshtigo River.

Boulder Lake Lodge Resort is 80 acres located in the Nicolet National Forest on spring fed Boulder Lake. The national forest forms the property line to the north and Boulder Lake is the property line on the south. We have every outdoor sport you can think of from motorized water sports to snowmobiling. There is fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and hunting in the adjecent national forest. At the end of the days activity or just for a mid-afternoon drink, you can stop by for a cold one and some good conversation at the Lodge. The Lodge is a central gathering point with a full liquor licence. Our RV sites are being upgraded all the time. We installed a new dump station in 2005. There are 20 sites with electric only.
