Many people like to go to Lake Wissota. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Wissota WP37 Dam since you're here at Lake Wissota, and going for a hike on the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Lake Wissota is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Wissota State Park is a fine local campground, and there are wonderful places to discover along the Hickory Ridge Trail. At Lake Wissota during the summertime months highs are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's.
