A common amount of rain falls here at Lake Wisconsin; all through August this area sees the most rain; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Really good skiing awaits you at Tyrol Basin. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake Wisconsin has to offer, you can camp at Cedar Hills Campground. There are some great whitewater spots on Wisconsin River; lots of folks       from Baraboo come here. This lake is so wonderful. The East Bluff Woods Trail is a good hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lake Wisconsin. That right there is plenty already, but it keeps on going; Lake Wisconsin has it all. There's whitewater on Baraboo River for all you adrenaline people, and the summit of Round Top Hill can be observed from Lake Wisconsin. Dry warm beds await you at Clarion Hotel Baraboo, and going for a hike along the Grottos Trail                  will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Cedarberry Inn is a splendid site to get some rest, and you can never get enough of the great skiing at Devils Head. If the weather is good here at Lake Wisconsin, you can go for a hike along the East Bluff Trail, and Lake Wisconsin is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, Snuffy's Campsite is a wonderful place to camp nearby. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Lake Wisconsin reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's.
