After a long day outdoors Clearwaters Hotel and Convention Center is a tremendous site to spend a night or two, and you can stay the night at Country-aire Campground. Lake Manakiki is a good place of normal rainfall; during the month of September you get the most rain around here; the driest month is February. There are plenty of folks from Wisconsin Rapids-Marshfield here at Lake Manakiki.       There's so much to do here at Lake Manakiki that you need to camp here for a while, Campground Number One is a nice place for that. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. During the long summer days at Lake Manakiki highs are ordinarily in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lake Manakiki drop into the 0's. Some of the water nearby                  flows, like Puff Creek, and if you need a site to stay Park Motel is a pleasant choice. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Yellow River, and probably you're looking for close by lakes?
