A nice place to camp here at Lake Mallalieu is Willow River State Park, and why not head up to Afton Alps and strap some skis to your feet. Dry warm beds await you at Hudson Super 8 Motel, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Apple River. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Lake Mallalieu you can see Coons Hill; Comfort Inn Hudson is a nice place to get some rest. From a rainfall point of view Lake Mallalieu       is a pretty normal place; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Take a little spree to Willow River if you're here at Lake Mallalieu; why not camp at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp while you're here at Lake Mallalieu. Through the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Lake Mallalieu. Through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. All through the                  winter the highs are commonly in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Lake Mallalieu tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Lake Mallalieu to catch a sight of the water at Willow River Saint Croix Dam, and a day at beautiful Browns Beach near Lake Mallalieu is a tremendous thing to do. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are beyond doubt bountiful here at Lake Mallalieu. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Hudson Country Club is close at hand, and a lake nearby is Lake Mallalieu 175.
