The annual precipitation here at Lake Mallalieu is about average; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. For the period of the summer here at Lake Mallalieu, high temperatures typically get into the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun       is down during the wintertime temperatures at Lake Mallalieu sink into the 0's. Playing golf is lots of fun at Hudson Country Club, and a spree to Browns Beach is always a great idea. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Apple River; everybody nearby loves skiing at Welch Village. So many enjoyable things to do at Lake Mallalieu, so little time. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is a perfect campground nearby, and Coons Hill is wonderful and can be spotted from                  here. Comfort Inn Hudson is a wonderful site to get some rest, and get wet paddling on Vermilion River. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Willow River State Park is a fine place to camp, and the skiing at Afton Alps is brilliant. At Willow River Saint Croix Dam close to Lake Mallalieu there are some interesting things to see; why not pop by nearby Willow River while you're here at Lake Mallalieu. This lake is so wonderful.
