could go to; splendid water scenery is available at Kilbourn Dam near Lake Delton. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Christmas Mountain, and Lake Delton is a location with many visitors from Baraboo.
An average amount of precipitation falls at Lake Delton; through the month of September you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Lake Dellona

is Caribbean Club Resort, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Skillet Creek. Take a hike on the East Bluff Trail, and Lake Delton is good enough to spend more than a day at, Arrowhead Resort Campground is a good local campground.
