There's splendid hiking along the Black Lake Trail, and some of the water nearby flows, like Chapple Creek. Lake Chippewa is a good place of typical rain; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Chippewa; Rock Lake National Recreation       Trail is a nice local trail, and Lake Chippewa is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Chippewa River Campground is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Having a magnificent time at Lake Chippewa is painless. Do explore Chippewa Flowage 763 in close proximity to Lake Chippewa, it's a beautiful lake, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Chippewa River - East Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Why not have a look at Winter                  Dam if you're here, and you can run the rapids of Chippewa River - West Fork. All through the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 70's at Lake Chippewa, and the night is slightly colder of course, typically in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Lake Chippewa.
