Why not stop by Lake Blass if you're passing through these parts. You can never get enough of the fine skiing at Christmas Mountain; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the West Bluff Trail. The East Bluff Trail is a good hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lake Blass, and drift down the rapids of Baraboo River in a kayak. site close to Lake Blass is Lost Canyon; if you came for an overnight stay Spring Brook Campground is a wonderful site to camp. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lake Blass while night lows are generally in the 50's. Daytime highs
through the wintertime are in the 20's, and night lows at Lake Blass through the wintertime usually sink into the 0's. Near Lake Blass you hit upon a golf course called Wilderness Woods Golf Course; camping is available at Camp Delton
Club. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side visit to Spring Brook; get soaked paddling on Skillet Creek. Really perfect skiing awaits you at Devils Head, and dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Wisconsin Dells. If you need a site to stay Tamarack Resort is a wonderful choice, and Dells Manor Dam is striking.
