Americinn Shell Lake is a nice location to get some rest; while you're here you can play some golf at Butternut Hills Golf Course & Golf Learning Center. You can run the rapids of Totogatic River close       to Lake 5-6-3, and if you came for an overnight stay Leesome Pine Campgrounds is a wonderful place to camp. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Lake 5-6-3. At Lake 5-6-3 through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's, and overnight lows at Lake 5-6-3 through the winter commonly drop into the-10's. An average                  amount of precipitation falls at Lake 5-6-3; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
