Summer brings highs in the 80's to Knight Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Knight Lake plunge into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. There's some interesting       stuff to catch a sight of at Hartman Creek Number One Dam in close proximity to Knight Lake. You are close to Brownes Point if you're here at Knight Lake, and Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel is a splendid location to get some rest. So many exciting things to do at Knight Lake, so little time. Stay the night at Hartman Creek State Park, and Mount Joel is a peak you can make out from Knight Lake. Getting to Allen Creek from Knight Lake is painless, and golf can                  be played at Foxfire Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Knight Lake, you could also check out nearby Lake Orlando. There's so much to do here at Knight Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Young Judea is a fine site for that. Manomin Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and get drenched paddling on Little Wolf River.
