You can run the rapids of Black River close to Kinder Lake, and everybody close by loves skiing at Blackjack. From a rainfall point of view Kinder Lake is a relatively normal spot; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Ironwood, and Kinder Lake is a delightful location to visit for more than one day, Double E Resort is a delightful location to camp nearby.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Evelyn Creek from Kinder Lake is easy. During the summertime at Kinder Lake highs are mostly in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 10's, and overnight lows at Kinder Lake during the winter generally sink into the-10's. Resort and Campground is a glorious campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There's delightful hiking along the Newman Springs Ski Trail; get your heart beating on the pleasant whitewater of Turtle River. Americinn - Ironwood,
Mi is a tremendous location to get some rest, and do check out Hobbs Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. If only every place had this much outdoors fun things, what a great earth it would be. If you're here at Kinder Lake and you like golf, you can stop at Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and the skiing at Big Powderhorn Mountain is splendid.
