Do stop by Keshena Lake while you're in this part of Wisconsin. Summer at Keshena Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Keshena Lake. Keshena Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is January. This lake is so wonderful. Keshena Lake is a great location

| I went rafting there two days ago and I had SO much fun! One rapid, called lower Dells, has cliffs on both sides and we jumped of them. If you jump make sure to jump far out (I hit my knee on a rock) and face toward the light green trees when you are jumping from the right side (when you are facing the rapids) Also, it is fun to swim Dave's Wave which is the second half of the lower Duck's Nest. Make sure to go down Big Smokey! And then pull your raft to the side of the river and go under the waterfall!! So much fun! The only bad thing was the water level was low... so we got pretty scraped up on the rocks.... |
