     Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Merton Millpond 26, and after a long day outdoors Radisson Hotel Milwaukee-Pewaukee is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. Lake Keesus gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; September is the wettest month with most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Just can't get enough of Lake Keesus. Lakes? Sure, Monches Millpond 38 is in close proximity, and Lake Keesus is a  
   place with many visitors from Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis. This lake is so wonderful.
This lake is so wonderful. Menomonee River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and playing golf is lots of fun at Bristlecone Pines Golf Club. What would winter be without some skiing at Little Switzerland, and Pine woods Campground is a perfect campground nearby. During the summertime months at Lake Keesus highs are regularly in the 80's with nighttime
 
               lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Keesus dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights.
Stay the night at Timber Trail Camp Ground, and if you need a location to stay Country Springs Hotel is a magnificent choice. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pewaukee River, and scenic scenery and pleasant skiing is what you acquire at Highlands of Olympia.

Alpine Valley is a very good ski resort for being in Wisconsin, it's a bit more on the easy side of the spectrum so if you're an advanced skier you might get bored. But I love it, it's a great place for a relaxing day of skiing. I come here a lot with my family and we all like it....
