Turtle River is a glorious whitewater spot close to June Lake; June Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Big 6 RV Resort and Campground is a glorious local campground. A good site to camp here at June Lake is Double E Resort; June Lake is not the only site close by, July Lake is a close by lake. A common amount of rainfall falls here at June Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful.

| | If you need a site to stay Americinn - Ironwood, Mi is a pleasant choice, and if you've had enough of June Lake, Brandt Lake is close by. All through the summertime months highs here at June Lake reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at June Lake are in the-10's. Gotta ski! along the Newman Springs Ski Trail. A golf course next to June Lake is Tahoe Lynx Golf Course; lovely scenery and perfect skiing is what you acquire at Blackjack. Any time is a glorious time at June Lake if you have a thing about
the outdoors. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flambeau River - South Fork, and a perfect nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Ironwood. This lake is so wonderful.
