If you get bored of Jeanstow Lake, you could also go to nearby Weeks Lakes, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Hickory Ridge Trail. Jeanstow Lake is a good place of typical precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and February is when it's the driest. Throughout the       months of summer highs here at Jeanstow Lake reach the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Jeanstow Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights. This location is so good, just look at all the amusing stuff to do in close proximity to Jeanstow Lake. The cheerful folks of Eau Claire like to hang out nearby, and a splendid place                  for whitewater paddling is Chippewa River. A lake close by is Horseshoe Lake, and you can hit the slopes at Christie Mountain nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Duncan Creek is a wonderful whitewater spot in close proximity to Jeanstow Lake, and going for a hike along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Glen Loch Motel is a perfect place to spend a night or two.
